Josh Hill

President/Owner

Josh Hill launched Full Force Diamond Drilling in 2004 with his father Dan Hill. They have expanded the company with successful programs throughout Canada and the USA. With a long family history in the diamond drilling industry, Josh started his career in 1996 at a young age. He worked as a helper in the summers, then later became a driller. Josh has worked in Canada, USA and Ecuador. With strong company values Josh has helped turn Full Force Drilling into a thriving company that provides an exceptional service to our clients.

Dan Hill

CEO/Owner

Dan Hill is the CEO and owner of Full Force Diamond Drilling. After an extensive career as a driller and drill foreman Dan started Full Force with his son Josh Hill. With 35 years of drilling experience Dan has drilled in multiple locations around the world including Canada, USA, Mexico, Peru, Chili, Africa, Panama, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic. Dan brings an abundance of knowledge with him and is an enormous asset to the company.

Travis Bayes

Manager/Owner

Smithers Branch

Travis Bayes has 19 years experience in the diamond drilling industry. He started his career as a helper in 2001 and moved up to become a driller, then drill foreman. Travis joined the Full Force team in 2008 and was a field supervisor until 2017 when he became a partner in the company. He has technical experience on remote helicopter programs, drilling on ice and glaciers, underground drilling, drilling on barges, setting wedges and directional drilling. Travis manages the Smithers branch and is constantly evolving the equipment and drilling procedures to make Full Force Drilling safer and more efficient.

Eva McNulty

Health and Safety Manger

A Canadian Registered Safety Professional Eva is well versed in Health and Safety procedures, policies and provincial Legislation. She has experience with managing large and small company programs that represent a diverse array of industries-

including oil and gas, forestry and drilling. Eva also has almost 10 years of experience working with First Nations joint ventures helping develop and run programs to ensure they meet and exceed industry standards. Our Safety program is always evolving as our industry evolves and Eva helps ensure we have a comprehensive hazard assessment and control program.
