Full Force Drilling works closely with clients and local First Nations to create long term working relationships. We provide access to industry college courses and hands on in field training to ensure members are adequately trained before being offered the opportunity to pursue a career in the exploration field.

We believe it is beneficial to provide engagement and opportunity to our surrounding communities as it provides Full Force with a stronger, more capable work force.

 

Members of local First Nations communities once they have completed training are given the opportunity to carry on a career on future programs with Full Force.

 

Full Force Drilling strives on having working agreements in place with local First Nation communities to allow for seamless communications between all stakeholders.
